 Krissy has cheered competitively since the age of six and has been coaching for over 15 years.  She has earned numerous local, state and national titles as both a coach and cheerleader.  She cheered for St. Aedan's Grammar School and St. Peter's Prep HS, both in Jersey City and has coached nationally recognized teams at P.S. 8, Dickinson HS and Hudson Catholic prior to establishing the Liberty All Stars in conjunction with the Jersey City Department of Recreation 10 years ago.  Krissy has been named as a "Who's Who" among nationally recognized coaches in American Cheerleading magazine.  She is a Cheer Ltd. certified judge at the National level as well as USASF certified to Level 4.  Krissy attended the University of Nebraska, she has a B.A. in Psychology, is certified in Special Education as well as K-6.  She has Master's Degree's in science education from FDU as well as Urban Education and a Supervisory certification from AmericanUniversity.  She is currently employed by the Jersey City Public Schools as the Director of Elementary Athletics. 

Lisa has been involved in competitive cheerleading for 18 years. She cheered for 6 years on the Ringwood Recreation, where she won various awards, and took dance and gymnastics on the side. She spent 4 years competing with the varsity team at Lakeland Regional High School, placing on the local, state, regional, and national levels. Lisa was also a member of their competitive all-girl stunt group, and begun her coaching career as a volunteer coach for Ringwood Recreation Cheerleading. Lisa cheered for 2 years on the varsity cheerleading team at Elmira College, placing 4th and 10th, in All-Girl Division 2 at NCA Collegiate Nationals. She participated in the dance club and played a season of softball there as well. She then returned to New Jersey, where she became Assistant Coach of the Ramapo College cheerleading team, and cheered briefly on Just Cheer All Stars Level 6 team. Lisa was an Assistant Coach at Montclair State University before moving on to become the Head Coach/Choreographer of The Pingry School Varsity Cheerleading Team. While at Pingry, Lisa also started coaching her first all-star team at Cheer Academy, as Head Coach of Youth 2 and Senior 3, earning multiple local and national titles for the program. During this time, she was a tumbling instructor, stunt instructor, and choreographer for teams both inside and outside of Cheer Academy. Lisa is a Campus Police Officer at Drew University, where she takes classes part-time. Lisa is AACCA, NCA, NJHSCCA, ACEP, CPR/AED, and BLS certified. She is also USASF certified to Level 4 in tumbling, tosses, and stunts. Lisa is so excited for the upcoming season! :)

Laura was a natural born ballet dancer who transitioned rather easily into the competitive world of cheerleading at the age of eight.  Her cheerleading journey began at #8 school were she cheered  on  a local, state, regional, and national championship team.  In High School she cheered for the Flyers, at which time simultaneously, she displayed her true passion for leadership and coached the first ever #8 Bitty team at the age of fifteen.  Laura is AACCA, USASF, CPR, BLS, and First Aid certified. She was the Co-Founder of the KNIGHTS Dance Team at the UNIBE school of Medicine in the Dominican Republic. Laura attended Seton Hall University were she earned a BSN, and is a (RN), Registered Nurse who is licensed in the States of New York and New Jersey.  Laura has been coaching for many years and is no stranger to Liberty.  Laura is USASF certified to level 4 in stunts, tosses and tumbling.  She is pumped up  and on fire for the new season. 

After a hugely successful first two season with the mini and youth teams, Timeka will be moving up an age group to the Junior team.  Timeka is USASF certified to level 2 in stunts, tosses and tumbling.  She has made an instant impact in the program by assisting all teams with her skills and choreography talents.  Timeka is excited to raise the bar for next season.
